SMSJ is proud to offer a Latch-key Before and After School Program available to SMSJ students 4 years or older.  

Latch-Key is available before school (7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.) and after school (2:45 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.) at a rate of $5.00 per hour per child.  

All children are to be picked up no later than 5:30 p.m.  The rate increases to $10.00 per hour after the 5:30 p.m. pickup time. 

The program operates during the school year in conjunction with the school's calendar.  Children are provided a supervised environment, staffed by well qualified and caring individuals.  

Children can do a multitude of things, such as watch movies, play games, play sports, read, color or do their homework. Registration is ongoing throughout the school year as space permits.  

Latch-key is not available to students when there is no school, on early release snow days, and to students that have not attended school that day, and is not available on the early release days before Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, nor on the last day of school.
