We use Google Calendar to keep track of all our school events.  This is an interactive calendar and has events, fundraisers and meetings listed by month. You can get a mobile version of our Google Calendar for your phone so you can access it while you're away from your desk.  We also have our calendar in PDF format which can be found under the Forms tab for easy reading and printing.
